About Daniel Gill

Owner & Founder, D&P Auto Detailing

My name is Daniel Gill, and I’m the proud owner of D&P Auto Detailing. I’m a husband and father to three amazing daughters—Gabby, Katherine, and Scarlett.

I began my detailing journey part-time in 2018, driven by a passion for precision and restoration. By 2021, I took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship, turning D&P into the trusted, family-owned business it is today. Since day one, my goal has been simple: to deliver unmatched quality, care, and craftsmanship for every vehicle that comes through our shop.

My professional background

I am certifications across all areas of detailing, and I’ve trained with some of the most respected names in the industry:

• Renny Doyle – Master-level training in professional detailing (2018)

• Jason Killmer – Specialized training in wet sanding and finishing high-end classics and hot rods

• Mike Phillips – Marine detailing expert, focused on sanding, cleaning, and maintaining boats

• David Karle – Hands-on training in professional window tint installation and hand cutting

I’m also a proud 4-time Air Force One Detailing Team Member, working on the historic aircraft restoration project in Seattle, Washington.
